For example, Eviction Support can save you time and stress during tenant disputes, while Short-Term Rental Management is perfect for maximizing income on vacation or corporate rentals. We pride ourselves on providing affordable property management pricing packages.
- Leasing Fee: *No Leasing Fee for new customers. Standard fee 75% of one month’s rent for Essential package clients and a lower percentage or waived for Premium/Elite clients.
- Short-Term Rental Management: Starting at 15% per property/month (Down Season Fees Apply)
- Eviction Support: Available for an additional per-incident fee
- Property Maintenance Coordination: (Charged on a per-incident basis, as needed.) Basic Maintenance Coordination, Preventative Maintenance Package, Full-Service Maintenance Plan, & Premium Maintenance Plan .
- Property Inspections: Additional inspections beyond those included in your management plan are available for an additional fee.
- Professional Photography: If the property needs new professional photos for listing optimization, the cost is typically around $200–$300 per session.
- Concierge Services: Move-in prep, tenant gift baskets, and transition support
- Cleaning Services (residential & commercial): Tenant turnover or regular cleaning coordination
- Remodeling & Construction Coordination: Project management and contractor scheduling
- Lawn Care: Scheduling and overseeing vendors for landscaping
- Notary Services: On-site or remote notary services for lease agreements, affidavits, and owner documents.
- Project Management Services: Oversight for renovations, upgrades, or special projects.
